Headed up to Port Hills today with a magnificent Autumn day of 16degs and sunshine. Infact the weather has been great for weeks with chilly starts- and crisp sunny days. It is currently the first “real” autumn I’ve seen in 8+ yrs since moving from the UK, with leaves of yellow and even frosty grass in the mornings. With the sun shining and the sky a magnificent blue…. off I went.
I’d like to say that I had a great ride- but it was very average- as it was real hard to concentrate and get into the zone because of this noise….
It looks as if my Rock Shox U- Turn Revelation forks are cactus after just a few weeks. I’ll have to post them back to Chain Reaction Cycles next week to see if they can be covered under warranty. You can’t win them all…… shit happens. But when you can ride any day of the week on primo trails- it kind of puts things into perspective for me :)
