		<description>Yes indeed! I love night riding as like you mentioned- all of your senses come alive.... and you become totally zoned in.... its quite intense eh?

During the week I actually ride a rigid single speed for the night rides which really makes me work in many ways. I&#039;ve yet to take the SS upto Port Hills though.... I think i&#039;ll leave that &quot;attempt&quot; until summer!

I agree about the tiredness- but after a few months it does not seem to tire me as much. But I think that I&#039;ve got familiar with the trails- which helps!

A funny thing happened today- I visited the regular forest where I ride at night- but during the day and It was very boring in comparison to riding at night! haha!</description>
