@ matthew.

yes it is nice to have a dually in the stable once again. This is only the third dually that I've owned in 15 yrs of riding bikes. The first was a Schwinn sweet spot with like 30mm travel :D, then followed a Trek Fuel (07) which was crap, and then this beast.

Weight wise.... I'm not sure as I stopped weighing bikes on arrival to NZ :D I can say though that I struggle to pick it up (yeah I need to work out more :D), but it rides nuch much lighter.... it's quite odd :D

Have a sweet ride with Fox & co. and of course I want to see photos :D

ha. you bastard! have to admit i am really envious of a serious dual suspension. i can feel the ease of lines compared to the hardtail from your description which sounds really promising. seems like will have a fair bit of set-up adjustments to get it right. have you weighed it yet?

i found with my fox forks they too were way to hard on factory settings. seems like all fork company's are probably airing on the safe side in the factory settings.

as for the epic with mates, again envious. i do tend to ride solo a lot but this coming weekend is going to be an exception as fox and the crew are coming out to the sunday ritual track [on saturday], yellomundee so that is exciting for me.

ride safe!

ps. thanks for the advice on the stem!
