Hey Eleanor :) I'm really chuffed to have run nearly 50% of the distance for sure. I'm also very cautious to not over do it or get injured either- being new to this running lark that is easier said than done! Saturday looks good for a run at least and have a good one out there. I assume that you will be running in the Port HIlls?

Gordon's experience was a great read - thanks for that....and 3rd too! Amazing. I hope that your ankle feels better come the weekend and have a good one. Cheers, Paul.

p.s. I just added your blog to my links!

Hi Paul

I´ve actually surfed your blog under the guise of ¨research¨ for the Kepler. V. impressed that you´ve run 1/2 of it already - I´ve walked 32kms but am planning on putting in a run that sort of distance this weekend... I say this now from the comfort of my kitchen table!

BTW Gordon Walker (refer my latest post) had a good link on his experience of running the Kepler (only got 3rd I think!)

Cheers
