		<description>Yep. Great trail. News just in is that after an X-ray I have no broken bones! WoOt! So a few week of taking it easy and letting the internal bruising (or battering!) fix up and then I&#039;m good to go again. GNARCORE! (As Richard would say!)</description>

Currently it is like a thick jungle and very tricky to judge corners at speed. The obvious thing to do is to slow down..but what&#039;s the fun in that? :D
